What is Stem Enhance

May 19th, 2010

Stem Enhance consists of a patented natural 5 : 1 concentrate of an edible aquatic botanical known as Aphanizomenon Flos-aquae, (AFA) that contains two proprietary components, migratose and mobilin.

Stem  Enhance is a nutritional supplement, which triggers the release of stem cells from the bone marrow into the blood stream. These stem cells can then migrate and adhere to any cell in the body needing repair. Once they attach to a tissue/muscle/ligament/bone or whatever, they can replicate themselves or become that tissue/muscle, etc. One stem cell can become many 1000’s of any cell.

As I said in an earlier post, stem cells are being released all the time from the bone marrow to the blood stream, the downside being as you age (beyond mid 20’s), the amounts released diminish. Stem Enhance boosts the amounts released by 25% – 30%. This on average is 3,000,000 -4,000,000 extra stem cells in your blood stream.

Stem Cell Treatments

April 29th, 2010

With this post, I want to give you an idea of what types of stem cell treatments are available. They can in a sense build a new you, especially when you consider that every person grew originally from stem cells.

This video below is about Russell Turnbull. A man from Newcastle, England. Coming home from the pub one night, a fight broke out. He intervened to break it up and he was sprayed with ammonia, which caused blindness in one of his eyes. Watch the video and see what you think

This is all very interesting, so if everyone has adult stem cells when born, how come we are not receiving the benefits of them. Well, apparently this is how things work. When a person is younger like a child, adult stem cells are more prevalent in the blood stream. If an adult and a child were to suffer a traumatic brain injury (TBI), the child would have a far better prognosis, and may over time recover fully. As for the adult this would not be so, due to the diminished number of adult stem cells available.

So, as the body ages these adult stem cells diminish in number in the blood. But, remember they are still there in vast quantities in the bone marrow. When an adult stem cell  leaves the bone marrow to enter the blood stream a sister of this adult stem cell stays in the bone marrow. It has been estimated that a person could have up to 1.5 trillion adult stem cells in the bone marrow of the femur, thigh bone.

How do you get the adult stem cells back in to the blood stream in numbers you had as a child. I know of two ways.

First way , you can go to a clinic in Germany or China for stem cell treatments. They will use a narrow bore needle to take the cells from your bone marrow. Then, they separate the adult stem cells from the red blood cells and inject the adult stem cells back into the body. Charge you anywhere between $5000 – $10000 for one session.

Second way, there is a nutritional supplement called ‘Stem Enhance” which supports and enhances the release of adult stem cells into the blood stream. This is stem cell treatment DIY (do it yourself).Stem enhance is the world’s first and only patented, scientifically proven stem cell nutrition product. Benefits of Stem Cell Research

What are the benefits of stem cell research

I hope the other posts give you some understanding of what stem cells are, and here on this post I want to show where the benefits of stem cell research are leading to.

Remember, everybody when born, has billions of  adult stem cells (including babies) in their bone marrow. Adult stem cells are more prevalent in the blood stream when younger but, diminish in numbers as you grow older. These adult stem cells  can become virtually any type of cell in your body. Without them, your body’s natural renewal process simply could not take place. Results of many scientific studies indicate that increasing the number of circulating adult stem cells is probably the single most important thing you can do to maintain optimal health.  The benefits of stem cell research should not be underestimated. Just take a look at this video.

What is an Adult Stem Cell

April 22nd, 2010

An Adult Stem Cell is like a master cell. Every person / animal when born, have adult stem cells in their bone marrow. These adult stem cells have the ability to change into other specialized cells in the body. They serve as a biological repair kit for the body, replenishing and repairing.

In times past,  if a person needed a transplant, they would also have to be on immuno-suppressive drugs, so that the body would not reject the new organ or tissue.  This would not happen with adult stem cells as they are already a part of the body.

Embryonic Stem Cells

April 20th, 2010

Embryonic stem cells are as the name suggests are derived from embryos. Most of these embryonic stem cells are from embryos that develop from eggs which are fertilized in fertilization clinics. When there is no further need of them, they may be donated for research.

These embryonic stem cells are not derived from eggs fertilized in a woman’s body.

Obviously, embryonic stem cells have a lot of ethical issues attached. Some people believe that an embryo has the moral status of a person from the moment of conception. Research or any other activity which could harm or destroy the embryo is looked upon as being wrong.

What are Stem Cells

April 20th, 2010

A stem cell is a cell whose job in the body is undetermined, all cells in the body stem from these type of cells, hence, the name.

Stem Cells are unspecialized cells. This means that its job or part it plays in the body is undetermined.  Most cells in the body are specialized, that is, a retina cells responds to light, pancreatic B-cells produce insulin. These specialized cells will always be what they are and will never change into anything else.

Stem Cells are unspecialized cells with two defining characteristics. They have the ability to differentiate, this means that they can develop into any cell type in the body.

The second property is they can self re-generate through cell division even if they have being inactive for a long period of time.
